Finest quality fresh truffles from the Perigord region of France.  The truffles were harvested between December 2010 and February 2011. Finest quality peeled truffles (Tuber Aestivum) in a tin, net weight 230g. Black truffles are the most refined flavor and rarest truffles of all.
