The finest quality sevruga caviar you will ever taste without any doubt. The eggs are the smallest, around 2mm in diameter, with a fine grain and have a strong but delicate taste. Sevruga begin to bear eggs from around 7 years old onwards. Sevruga strugeons live for much younger than their Beluga and Osetra counterparts: only 30 years. However, the caviar produced has an intensely dark, almost luminous,grey to black coloured eggs.
